Environmental protection performance: non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-irritating odor, harmless to humans and animals, does not pollute water sources, and is easily biodegradable.
Flotation performance: It has good selectivity and inhibition, and has no inhibition on non-silicate minerals. Its inhibition effect is higher than that of traditional water glass and acidified water glass. It can be used in any ratio with water.
Dosage: 500-800g/t raw ore depending on the content of silicate minerals.
Main application: beneficiation of non-metallic minerals such as fluorite, scheelite, barite, graphite, etc., when it is necessary to reduce the silica content in the concentrate, especially low-grade ores, ores containing colloidal sludge, and serious foam adhesion Combined with FL-AS and water glass, it can improve concentrate grade and recovery rate at the same time.
Preparation method: 5-10% (weight ratio) water soluble, cold water is enough, add water first when dissolving, after the mixer starts, slowly pour the medicine to prevent agglomeration.
