
Principle overview:
In the desorption system, add anions which are easily adsorbed by activated carbon,produce Au(CN) 2- to get carbon gold,by desorp the carbon gold,it will produce the liquid gold,through the ionization,the solid gold would appeared.
Selection instructions:
◎High temperature, high pressure, non cyanide, desorption automatic control, high efficiency,low energy consumption and fast;
b.Fast: desorption electrolysis temperature can be as high as 150 DEG C (Higher than the normal model 30-50℃),the system working pressure is up to 0.5MPa (higher than other models 0.2-0.5MPa) ,so desorption electrolysis time is very fast, generally 12h, shorten nearly 3 times than normal model
c. Low consumption: desorption electrolysis temperature is the same,no need to change the heat.Because of the fast working,the total power consumption is 1/2-1/4 than the normal system.
◎Non cyanide: in aqueous solution,no sodium cyanide required, low cost, no pollution;
◎High gold mud grade, no reverse electrolysis required, easy extraction
◎The liquid level control system, the temperature control system and the automatic control system are especially provided.
◎Safety: with three security protection measures, the intelligent system , automatic limiting pressure release mechanism, safety valve.
