  Principle overview:  

Dewatering screen design has many unique features, whose screen surface is sectional type structure, the first section and the horizontal surface into 5 degrees angle, so that the discharge end is higher than the feeding end. Second section and horizontal surface into a 45 degree angle, greatly improve the dewatering effect. Vibration motor is small amplitude and high frequency, so that the work of the screen is very stable. The screen takes embedded, easy to install and  partial replacement. The dewatering screen combined with XC II, XC III type hydrocyclone (Refer to the classification equipment section of this manual) and high efficiency deep cone thickener make dewatering effect better , the processing capacity of the whole machine is larger, the dewatering is more sufficient, and the economic effect is more remarkable.



  Selection instructions:  

Concentrate and tailing dewatering of non metallic mines such as quartz sand, fluorite ore and feldspar ore. Tailing dewatering of metallic mines such as gold mines (Gold ore dressing plant, carbon slurry plant), lead zinc mine, iron ore and copper mine.



  Model Description:  

1. Integrally riveted screen box, high strength and good hardness, without thermal stress;

2. With modular screen plate and sealing strip installation form, having good sealing effect.

3. Contact material position is covered with abrasion resistant natural rubber, being resistant against corrosion and wear;

4. Installed low voltage liquid overflow tube in the  back, so it will accelerate the dehydration;

5. The Sieve surface with Inclination -5 °, makes the Sieves materials to contain a lower humidity;

6. Wear resistant rubber damping device allows the screen to run more stable and lasting.
