Principle overview：
NG type thickener is a roller type peripheral drive thickener, large thickeners commonly use such drive , roll wheel slips when it overloads, do not need special safety devices, the pond is the concrete structure.
In order to supply power to the motor, an annular contact is arranged on the central pillar, and a collecting contact with a sliding ring is connected with the rake frame, and the power is introduced into the motor from a cable arranged on the rake frame.
Selection instructions：
1. roller friction force is small, rail icing and during the overload,the roller slips, so it is not suitable for the freezing area and large quantity, high concentration of the pulp.
2. according to the requirements of users to provide the pond plate.
3. for corrosive slurry, anti-corrosion thickener have to order independently.
